Fay Savage-Winter
I love helping people become well, and I hold a Diploma in Health and Nutrition. Traditional health professionals often focus on the symptoms of physical, mental and emotional problems. In contrast, as a practitioner of Kinesiology and Neuro Training, I treat the causes. Doing so gives your body a chance to return to balance and heal itself.
An eastern approach
For as long as I can remember I’ve been fascinated with Chinese art and medicines. They resonate with me. So, as well as being a Kinesiologist and Neuro Trainer, I am also an instructor of Qigong (an ancient Chinese body-posture, movement, breathing and meditation system for health) and a holistic tea master.
More about kinesiology
In its natural state, your body is in harmony and balance. Then life gets in the way. And, exposure to stress, trauma and pollution can block the vital meridians that facilitate energy flow throughout your body, resulting in illnesses and emotional problems.
Think of your subconscious mind as like a giant hard drive — a place that stores everything you have ever felt, experienced and thought. It holds your belief systems and data about your physical and mental being. Your subconscious also contains genetic memory — including everything your parents and grandparents did generations before you were even a thought! As a Kinesiologist and Neuro Trainer, I access and communicate with this hard drive by testing the strength of your muscles and identifying anything blocking your mental, emotional and physical health.
